Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 July 2026

Plain-language summary, and then the details. If anything here is unclear, email us at iconito@luis.land. We'd rather explain than hide behind fine print.

The short version: the icons are ours; you get a license to use them. Free users can download every icon as a PNG and use it anywhere, including commercial work, apps and games, as long as you keep a visible credit link back to iconi.to and don't alter the icons. Pro users get every format, drop the credit, can adapt the icons, and keep a permanent license to every icon published while they were paying, delivered as a downloadable SVG export. Live delivery through our kit, CDN, or font needs an active Pro subscription.

1. Who we are

Iconito ("we", "us") is operated by iconi.to. You can reach us at iconito@luis.land. These terms govern your use of iconi.to and everything we deliver through it (the "Service").

2. Your account

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You're responsible for keeping access to that inbox. Anyone who can open the link can use your account. One account is for one person or one organization; don't share credentials to sidestep a subscription.

3. The icons stay ours

We own the icons and the collection. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. What you get is a license to use them under the tier you're on, as described below. You may not claim the icons as your own work, and you may not register or assert intellectual-property rights over them.

4. Free license

While you're on the free tier, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the icons as PNG downloads, at the sizes we provide. You can use them anywhere (personal or commercial, including in apps and games), subject to these conditions:

5. Pro license

While your Pro subscription is active, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive commercial license to the icons, in any format we provide (SVG, color font, PNG, spritesheet), that:

You still may not resell or redistribute the icons as an icon set of your own, or build a competing icon library or dataset out of them (see §8).

6. What you earn is yours (permanence)

This is the core of Pro. Your license is tied to your account.

7. Billing, renewal, and taxes

8. What you may not do

On the free tier, you may not edit, modify, recolor, redraw, upscale, or otherwise create derivatives of the icons in any way. This applies to every icon. Editing is a Pro right, and only for the icons you're entitled to (§6): you may adapt those, but icons published after your entitlement date stay unmodifiable until they fall within your entitlement.

Whatever tier you're on, you may not:

9. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or end the Service. If you abuse the Service or breach these terms (including the license limits in §4 and §5 and the restrictions in §8), that is sufficient grounds for us to close your account and end your access, with or without notice. Where you were on a paid plan, we may refund your current period and cancel the subscription. Consistent with §6, closing your account ends future delivery and downloads (anything already integrated into a published build is not revoked); and consistent with §7, a refunded period does not count toward your entitlement.

10. Availability and "as is"

We work to keep the Service up, but we provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind. Iconito is a young product; we may change, add, or remove icons and features, and there may be downtime. We don't guarantee that any specific icon will remain available going forward, though the permanence terms in §6 protect what you've already earned.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights under EU and Spanish law).

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here with its date. For minor changes, continued use means you accept them. For material changes that need your explicit agreement, we'll ask you to accept the new terms the next time you use your kit; you'll have a grace period to do so, after which access is paused until you accept or cancel. Your already-shipped builds are never revoked (see §6).

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence in the EU still apply where they give you stronger protection.
